Casa Beu Hotel - Puerto Escondido (Oaxaca)

The queen room was spacious and cozy. A quick 5-minute walk to the beach. Really appreciated the friendly staff making breakfast to cater for my throat infection. Only downside was no mini fridge to keep my drinks cool, but still loved the vibe!

Had a tastefully decorated and huge room to myself with high ceiling and ac, for example. Everyone was incredibly kind and amiable. The hotel's location was unbeatable, very close to The next door restaurant as well as Punta Zicatela. It also was near the beach.

Well-designed accommodation with so ideal setting so close to Punta Zicatela and restaurants and supermarket. Huge double room with high ceiling. Extremely helpful and excellent staff all over the place.

Here's the good and the not-so-good

The pool area is beautifully maintained and ideal for unwinding post-exploration. Breakfast included fruit, yogurt, and tasty toast, all served with a friendly smile.

The lack of mini fridge in my room was a bit of a hassle, especially when trying to keep beverages cool during the heat.

The breakfast was light yet delicious, with yogurt, granola, and fresh fruit. The rooms were spacious and clean, with attentive staff who were very accommodating, even catering to my dietary needs during breakfast.

No hot water !!! A towel rack would have been useful for hanging wet towels!!! Scooter or ATV definitely recommended due to surrounding hills!!!

I appreciated the great location. It was a quick 3-4 minute walk to restaurants and bars, made my evenings easy. The pool area allowed for a relaxing break after exploring. At one point, the friendly staff even catered to my needs when I wasn't feeling well, showing really good service. A quiet space to unwind.

The outdoor swimming pool was amazing and the sun umbrellas were perfect for chillin'. My queen room had air conditioning, fan, and a private bathroom. A window let in nice light and there was a socket near the bed. Bathing essentials were well provided too. Really enjoyed the atmosphere!

It was just an ideal choice for a brief visit in Puerto Escondido with great value for the money. The outdoor pool area was a perfect spot to unwind after a day out. Consider bringing your own snacks since the mini fridge wasn't available in the room.
